Food Assistance
Corps Community Center Meal Program

The Salvation Army welcomes anyone in need to join us for breakfast and lunch at the Corps Community Center each weekday.

  • Breakfast is served Monday - Friday from 8 - 9 am
  • Lunch is served Monday - Friday from 12 noon - 1 pm

The Salvation Army also provides traditional holiday meals for Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Households can receive a food box from The Salvation Army up to six times a year.  The box contains non-perishable food items and frozen meat products. As donations allow, The Army may also assist with personal and household care items.

Mobile Feeding Program

In August of 2010, The Salvation Army launched a new Saturday morning mobile feeding program.  The key purpose of the outreach effort is to provide access to food on days and at times that other community meal programs and pantries are limited/not available.  The Army is using its mobile kitchen unit known as a canteen to provide food and outreach services.  Those in need can receive breakfast items and a "to-go" sack lunch.

Food Donations Needed

Through the generosity of the community and with use of discounted and donated food, The Army is able to provide mass meals and supplemental food boxes very cost effectively.  Food donations allow The Army to stretch its limited resources and meet other important service needs.

If you are interested in hosting a food drive at your office or church, we would love your help! If you can let us know about your drive before you get going, we would greatly appreciate it! Just fill out this form.  Thanks!!!
